PMU tips(31)--The skills about combination brow and The Dangers of Crossing Strokes in Microblading

The skills about combination brow and The Dangers of Crossing Strokes in Microblading-popumicrobeauty
1. The skills about combination brow

Here are some tips for performing a combination brow technique. Start by creating hair strokes on both brows. In the video, you’ll see that I've already completed the hair strokes before moving on to shading. After applying the shading, I ensure that the hair strokes receive a good pigment mask. Then, I begin shading with my machine. This technique allows the hair strokes enough time to absorb the pigment and develop. By the time I finish shading, the hair strokes look fantastic. Let’s clean them up and take a look at the finished result.

2.  The Dangers of Crossing Strokes in Microblading

One common mistake many artists make when microblading is how they handle the tails of the eyebrows. Often, the strokes at the top point downwards while the strokes at the bottom point upwards, creating an unnatural chevron shape. This not only looks unrealistic but also increases the risk of overlapping strokes, which can be detrimental. With microblading, the needles stay in contact with the skin, unlike machine hair strokes that go in and out, creating a channel. Crossing these strokes can compromise the skin's integrity. In some cases, it can lead to a section of skin being almost completely cut out.
