PMU Tips(33)--Laser removal for PMU and Microblading Healing Process

Laser removal for PMU and Microblading Healing Process popumicrobeauty

1.Ever wondered what really happens during laser removal for PMU?

Laser light breaks down pigments into tiny fragments, which your body gradually clears over several sessions. The result is a cleaner, safer base for future brow work.

2. Microblading Healing Process: What to Expect Day by Day

Before You Start: Understand the healing process, which includes symptoms like itching, scabbing, and color changes. This guide offers insights to help you navigate your journey.

Immediately After Treatment: Your eyebrows will look red, swollen, and may ooze lymph fluid and blood. Discomfort can occur once the numbing agent wears off.

The Next Day: Expect noticeable swelling and redness. The area will be sensitive, and the strokes might appear too dark and thick.

Day 2: Swelling diminishes, and redness calms down. You may notice a scabby film forming over the strokes.

Days 3-4: Your brows may feel dry, itchy, and flaky, with flakes starting to lift. Avoid picking at them to prevent scarring.

Days 5-14: As flakes lift, your eyebrows will look about 50% lighter—this is normal. The pigments are settling as the skin continues to heal.

Days 15-40: The toughest part is over. Your brows will start taking their final shape, but may initially appear patchy.

Five Weeks – Touch-Up: Healing after a touch-up varies. If more strokes or shading are added, you might experience greater flaking, but healing typically takes just a few days.

After Three Months: Your microbladed brows will have fully formed, with the pigment set in and the skin healed.
